U.S.- Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water (USPCAS-W)
at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro

MUET has established a modern and applied policy research center, the U.S.-Pakistan Centers for Advanced Studies in Water (USPCAS-W). The Center admits graduate students in four thematic areas: Hydraulics, Irrigation, and Drainage (HID), Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), Environmental Engineering (Env. Eng), and Water, Sanitation, and Health Sciences (WASH).

USPCAS-W invites applications from dynamic and high-performing qualified professionals for the positions given below for laboratory and teaching assistance. All positions are 06-month contract-based and likely to be extended further.

S#	Position	Requirement
1.	Research Assistant (1)	The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Soil Science/Environmental Science or closely relevant discipline, having an academic and research experience in applying knowledge of soil science and water chemistry, including the chemical, biological and physical properties of soils and water, field work, conducting laboratory analysis of soil and water samples and research experiments.
